This community welcomes both dogs and cats, with a 2-pet maximum per household. Each pet must weigh 40lbs or less at full maturity. All pets must be approved by management prior to move-in. A non-refundable pet fee of $350, and monthly pet rent of $35 are required. Emotional support animals and service animals are not considered pets and are accepted in accordance with Federal Fair Housing laws. Residents or Future Residents with an emotional support animal must provide appropriate supporting documentation for verification. Please contact the leasing office for full details, restrictions, and required documents.
